Our Doctor and nursing team appointments are available online. Please note that not all nurses can treat all conditions so please speak to reception if in doubt. If you are already registered to book online: Click Here.

Our reception staff will ask all patients for a brief reason for their request for an appointment so that they can be directed towards the most suitable person to help them, which is not always one of the doctors.
As well as face to face consultations, we also offer the opportunity for appointments over the telephone too, to deal with quick queries that may not need an examination. As each doctor’s appointment is only for 10 minutes, we ask that patients do not stockpile a list of problems to present during a single consultation as there won’t be enough time to deal with them all properly.
Please note that if you book an emergency appointment, the doctor will only be able to deal with your urgent symptoms and won’t be able to discuss longer-term issues in the time allocated. Children under 16 years old should be accompanied by an adult. If more than one member of your family wants to see the doctor, please make a separate appointment for each of them.
Many ailments can be dealt with in one of our Minor Illness Clinics so our reception team will guide you to one of these appointments when it is appropriate as this can help to relieve the increasing pressure on our doctors.
Appointments with our doctors and nurses can be booked over the phone, on the internet or by coming into the surgery during our opening hours which are as follows:
Monday 7.30am to 7:00pm
Tuesday 7.30am to 7:00pm
Wednesday 7.30am to 7:00pm
Thursday 7.30am to 7:00pm
Friday 7.30am to 6:30pm
You can also phone us between 8:00am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday. And if you need medical advice outside of these times, in the evening, weekends or Bank Holidays, then simply ring 111 and your call will be dealt with by the NHS out-of-hours service.
Depending on availability, you can book an appointment with us to be seen on the day, but we also have around 40% of our appointments available for booking in advance.
To cancel an appointment, please telephone reception as early as possible to enable us to use the appointment for another patient.

Patients are welcome to ask to see a particular doctor or nurse and we would strongly recommend this for ongoing medical problems. If we are unable to meet a specific request, we will always seek to offer an alternative solution for you. Please note that calls may be recorded for training purposes.
