About your appointment:-
Please book a blood test with our treatment room.
A week later please book a telephone appointment with one of our practice nurses.
During your appointment the nurse will discuss with you:
– Height & Weight = BMI
– Blood Pressure and Pulse
– Alcohol/Smoking/Dietary Status.
– Inhaler Technique
– Lifestyle Advice
– Advice r.e. seasonal vaccinations.
– Assess the level of help needed
– Medication Compliance.
