We are excited to be able to offer the COVID -19 vaccination to all eligible patients within our practice.
To date we have approximately 6000 patients who have been vaccinated against COVID19
When it is your time to be invited the vaccine, the surgery will contact you via text message. If you don’t have a mobile number, we will call you and / or send a letter.
Please ensure the practice has got your most up to date contact information to ensure we do not delay in offering you the vaccine.
We do not have a choice of vaccines in the surgery, we have deliveries weekly and have no choice of what is delivered.
Please do not call the surgery regarding the vaccine unless you have been invited or in the current national age bracket.
