Appointments with our doctors and nurses can be booked over the phone, online or by coming into the surgery during our opening hours as follows:

Monday 7:30am – 7:00pm
Tuesday 7:30am – 7:00pm
Wednesday 7:30am – 7:00pm
Thursday 7:30am – 7:00pm
Friday 7:30am – 6:30pm

You can phone us between 8:00am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday on 0117 9082365.

If you need medical advice outside of these times, in the evening, weekends or Bank Holidays, then simply ring 111 and your call will be redirected to the NHS out of hours service.

We are within easy reach of local public transport and have parking facilities in front of the health centre. There is also a council car park next to our building, where you can park free for up to 4 hours.

Accessible Information Standard

The Accessible Information Standard tells organisations how they should make sure that disabled patients receive information in formats that they can understand and receive appropriate support to help them to communicate.  All organisations that provide NHS or adult social care must follow the Accessible Information Standard by law.  The standard requires us to make sure that people get information in different formats if they need it, such as: large print, braille, easy read, email, etc.

If this happens and you feel that you wish to raise something with a member of the management team, please speak to either Paul Williams (Practice Manager) or Sam Oliver (Assistant Practice Manager) and they will do their best to resolve matters for you. You are welcome to put your complaint in writing if you wish to.
