Our repeat prescriptions are computerised and you will receive a re-order slip, which is on the right-hand side of your prescription.
Due to patient safety, we do not take repeat prescription requests over the telephone.
You may re-order in various ways:
- Hand in the slip to reception or leave it in the designated box in the reception area.
- Send us the slip with a stamped addressed envelope.
- Email your request to: email@example.com
- Online if you are already registered for on line services by clicking here.

Prescriptions will be ready after 3pm, five working days after the request was submitted.
Patients may also ask the pharmacy of their choice to order and collect their repeat prescriptions.
Most prescriptions may now be submitted electronically to the pharmacy.
